Just making a broad point that it is not a crime to object to provisions in the constitution and in fact perhaps one of our greatest of founding fathers agreed.

The constitution is a living breathing document that should remain relevant to our time.

The Writings effectively made them act.  Now there is a pile of crap if I ever heard one. No matter what goes on externally we are, or should be in control of our actions.  If outside influences can MAKE me do something well then I should be allowed to do what ever I want because how can I be at fault when I can just say that this or that made me do it.   Doing something is a choice.

The context of your response was regarding the hypocrisy of libs regarding the First and Second Amendments.  Please articulate how your response addressed that.

Was pointing out that disagreeing with parts of the constitution was all part of the game.  So what hypocrisy?

I can agree with the 1st while believing the 2nd is outdated, no contradiction or hypocrisy.

Free hair cuts should have been explicitly implied with the Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness part of the Declaration.

Say, I decide that killing certain people could be subject to your logic, then you'd have no objection to my emptying your home of it's valuables and doing you in?

Basically that's what you're saying, that no law is written in stone, that we need to move with the FEELING of the day, the sentiment of the majority.

Majority rules, murder is OK if you only target a certain group.
