This is just plain wrong folks, when the State, any State, starts using ones affiliation with private organizations to punish you then somebody in charge needs to be held accountable and taken to a court of law.

The childs father, an Iraqi war vet, is an oathkeeper, as i am sure a few people on this board (myself) are. An organization of military, law enforcement, public officials, both active duty and retired or ex who have taken a pledge to support the constitution and rule of law over a political party.

We were the law, now we are viewed as outlaws.

The abuse was implied(apparently) by his involvement in a "anti Govt Paramilitary organization" (which oathkeepers is NOT) was mentioned and seemed to be grounds for substantiation of said allegations.

You cannot arrest someone for being a member of anything, even the KKK or neo Nazi's or Al Qieda for that matter. You have to commit a crime or plan one, merely being a member of an organization is not an arrestable offense, freedom of assembly etc.

Of course these idiots in power pay no attention to the law, they would outlaw the tea party, outlaw the republican party and outlaw Fox news if they could get away with it.
