Not the point.  If tolerated, someone COULD release info that could be dangerous.  You can't cherry pick what you deem appropriate for release based on your stand on a particular issue.

I don't agree with this crap. I did nothing wrong and don't want some HS drop out listening to my calls.
My point is many of the politicians keep whining that he put people in danger.
This was wrong and someone should be jailed. This is even outside what the Patriot act was intended. Gee must of been a rouge agent.
Someone gave the order to copy or listen all OUR phone calls, etc.

BTW, has it occurred to anyone, that with the NSA "gathering phone numbers" and data mining many other forms of information; that they probably have a handle on where half - or more - of the illegals in the US are located?

Yes this.  There was also an article posted here almost a year ago now about people using the GPS tags in your pictures to create a blueprint of your house, just by looking at pictures you have posted from your phone.  How many crimes are solved/people convicted because of the testimony of their phone telling exactly where they were?  People NEVER put down their phones anymore, they access their emails, bank accounts, mortgages, pay bills, order pizza, shop on eBay, read books, everything from their phone.  If the government wanted to check out your house without you knowing, all they would have to do is track your phone to see when you are gone. 
I don't know how I feel about this young man, but I do know that the light this sheds is not flattering and even though I have nothing to hide, I am sure the Jews thought much the same until it was too late.  I don't know if it is the mama bear in me, but this has me riled.

If anybody's blind enough to not realize that this data is just another piece of Obama's dossier against enemies / everybody....they deserve to be abused with it.

He's already been caught red-handed using the IRS data to steal the election and abuse enemies....stealing medical records through the IRS (and later through Obamacare) which will probably be important in denying gun ownership for "mental illness"....undoubtedly used some combo of this data against Romney, Petraeus, and Roberts.

Maxine Waters stated very clearly that he was building this treasure trove of info against all non-dems.

All you have to do is actually notice what's being done and being said, and not be a blind fool.

This is 1930's Germany all over again.  And everybody from the great unwashed all the way up to the rest of the govt, too drowzy and distracted to notice.

People need to separate each issue.  Of course we feel that the government should not have blanket ability to collect our information.  Shame on any court that would provide it.  However, we cannot condone any person to decide what is appropriate to share on their own.

The more I read and the more I hear this is WRONG.
So they FIRST listen in someones call or e-mail or whatever THEN they go for a warrant. How would any of this stand up in court isn't it supposed to be the other way around?
