Title: Notre Dame Grads: Pence Made People Feel ‘Unsafe'
Post by: Solar on May 23, 2017, 01:30:00 PM
Poor widdle snowflakes. Man, is life going to be a bitch for the precious little charms...

Two University of Notre Dame students who joined the walkout during Vice President Mike Pence's commencement speech Sunday said they left because Pence made people feel "unsafe."

Luis Miranda and Aniela Tyksinski defended the walkout on CNN Monday, arguing that a commencement address is not the proper place to have differing political views.

"The walkout was in response to the fact that members of our own community felt unwelcome, uncomfortable, and even unsafe," Tyksinski claimed. "This was not the appropriate event for this kind of political discourse..this should have been an event for all graduates and all of their family members."

Host Brooke Baldwin challenged the students, asking if it is fair to say that college campuses are too liberal and don't allow conservative viewpoints.

I find that college should not be a place for them.  They need a safe place in their mother basement 24/7.

Just 30 years ago, people would have shunned them and told them to get a life, most wound up in some sort of therapy, but today?
The left coddles them, encourages their behavior as the norm.
Screw PC, when I see bad behavior I speak up and out, and of course, I get called the asshole, but hey, if they don't want someone calling out their ridiculous behavior, they need to change, because I sure as Hell won't!

They should have been scared.....Any moment that unhinged madman Pence could have donned his KKK hood and jumped out from behind the podium, run forward, targeted these two for whatever reason and beat the dog crap out of them single handed.

If this isn't a place for differing political opinions, then why did these ignorant trash walk out?

Funny stuff! They pay for the cap and gown and swelter in their chairs --- but walk out because NOT Trump but only his #2 just MIGHT say something different than Comrade Shi'ite up there teaching their class?

Fear of being offended! Don't wait, walk out now and complain about things you never heard!

Can you imagine the Human Resources department of major companies? They're going to be inundated with complaints from 26 year olds wearing hipster glasses and that smug liberal smile. "I can't work this afternoon. Fred over in sales had Taco Bell for lunch. That is highly insensitive to Mexicans".

And HR replies: "You won't work tomorrow, either. Here's your pink slip."

There are definitely more applicants than jobs. Probationary periods will be foreshortened accordingly.

And the courts will be filled with unlawful termination cases. The cross examination will be hilarious.

"This was not the appropriate event for this kind of political discourse..this should have been an event for all graduates and all of their family members."

That quotation distills A LOT of the psychology of the left.

First, they argued that people are not allowed to even HAVE differing views.
They had no idea what Mike Pence was going to say.
They just acted on their PREJUDICE (a monumental characteristic of leftists)
and ASSUMED that Pence was going to say "controversial" things
instead of the usual "make the most of your opportunity" pablum
normally said in commencement speeches.

Second, the protestors left because they felt "unwelcome."
It is THEY who refuse to welcome anyone who
dares to step even one inch outside their mandatory mindless conformity.

Lastly, they felt "uncomfortable, and even unsafe"
at the mere presence of someone who doesn't conform to their dogma.
That "uncomfortable and unsafe" feeling
grows out of the God-given feeling of guilt
(they haven't yet COMPLETELY seared their consciences;
a tiny bit still remains) they have that results from
their CONSTANT hatred and abuse of independent thinkers.

When you say something abusive to someone,
it is natural to feel guilt about it afterward.
Leftist CONTINUOUSLY feel this guilt that results from their
CONTINUOUS abuse of everyone who does not submit to their cult.

Also, when you say something about a subject,
and are later proven wrong,
it is normal to feel embarrassed about your error.
The mere presence of Mike Pence makes them
feel like they are in danger of such embarrassment.
