I am sorry, I meant the discussion here, he didn't dissolve into lib tactics here until taxed mentioned the ban (at least IIRC), don't take what they say over there to mind, they have an insatiable need for attention, they were trying to get you to post if you came over so that they could put an end to the terminal boredom.

could be a legitimate fear, my phone went all wonky after I was there, and I couldn't pull up anything for a while.  Obviously it came back though. 

It would be fun to watch if you went over there.  I bet their heads would come off, spin around a few hundred times, then explode.  I know I'd like to witness it

I actually have a personal experience that causes me to understand this blanket ban. I tried to start a forum a year and a half ago. I put a lot of time and effort into building it and recruiting members. I only had a few (three) members and, just as I was making some progress, the whole operation went down the tubes because of a liberal saying increasingly vitriolic things.

hahaha, I would, but I don't have enough time...  My free forum time is pretty much here...  It's sort of therapy...  When they are melting down, PM it to me because I love laughing at losers.

Yeah. The formula is pretty much beat them into submission intellectually, and when they start melting down, you gotta ban them.  They just don't have the IQ or life experiences to compete in a discussion and debate forum.

The problem is that I did not want to ban the person because he was my first member and we got along great at first. Also, he was a real person (not a spammer) posting about politics on my new forum! Then he became increasingly belligerent, hateful, and vitriolic. When I did finally issue a temporary ban, everything fell apart.

It is indeed tough.  A liberal forum is like Occupy Wall Street, where they crap everywhere and give a great breeding environment for rats and lice.  When they leave, it's just nothing but trash everywhere.  A conservative forum, like here, is more like a Tea Party gathering, where we are respectful, pick up our trash, and go to work the next day.

Getting libs to behave in a normal setting is difficult.

I concur. I think it is funny that they lecture conservatives about civility. The most hateful and uncivil political speech in this country comes from the left. Liberals apparently live in a parallel universe where everything is the exact opposite of  the way it is in this universe.
