Question? Since ISIS was NOT a recognized, uniformed force; they are not under the protection of the Geneva Convention. They are considered saboteurs and spies, and can be executed immediately as such. Since the US forces would have been well within their rights to executed any ISIS member they caught, why is a US serviceman being tried because some ISIS member ended up dead? The leftist MSM needs to lose this love of "revolutionaries"/"freedom fighters" that they all suffer from.
