I wouldn't take North Korea's threats too lightly. Granted over the past several years he's cried wolf a couple of times and his most recent missile launch was a failure. Read a little about him; he leans towards someone who is unstable. Hawaii is currently bracing for an attack. A successful attack by this little FAT boy would be a disaster for our country.

Little Fat Son fool might have all the intent in the world but they still haven't been able to clear North Korean air space with their missile launches. I suspect part of the problem is that each time there is a failure the "rocket scientist" gets two behind the left ear and they have to start all over again.

Short of his WMD which he really has very few ways to effectively use, North Korea is a paper tiger ranked 25th on the international scale for conventional warfare! Check out this link!

The time to stop the little shit is now! once he develops his missile capacity it isn't just the Nukes to worry about, He also has stockpiles of really nasty chemical and biological weapons. Without an effective missile how can he deliver these weapon? We will own the air. getting a bomber over a target will be next to imposable for him! Gas And Bio weapons can be shot form his artillery but not his nukes. They don't believe he has any small enough for a missile launch so I doubt he gas any tactical nukes that can be fired by artillery!
I would be most worried of a conventional preemptive strike against south Korea but it would be a suicide attack.

You are absolutely correct. The biggest threat is to SK and our 30,000 troops there. He could do much damage in a short time before he is wiped out.
He has a huge army which will demand support from whoever succeeds him (whether by election or by expulsion, as the recent case with the SOUTH Koreans).
Almost nothing is known about their military. If Kim dies (and I say he should, not just some exile in Paris), then that vacuum after his death will almost certainly be filled by the NK military.
Who among the generals are NOT going to follow Crazy Fat Kid's (probable) orders to nuke-back whoever nukes-first? Are there ANY moderates that our vaunted intelligence community is aware of?
Three generations of crazies leading a country which treats dog meat like we consider Kobe beef. Adulation and awe heaped upon losers not fit to procreate, praise for losers by a population so poor they keep breeding despite themselves. Will Kim's successor(s) be better or worse? Can South Korea (much less our troops and any other UN forces hanging around) afford to find out?

IMO, China would elevate a successor, or at the very least, have final approval of a successor.
It's still been a closed society for decades, safe to say, 'there is no opinion of moderation.' By our standards, they're full of crazy talk, suicidal, have a death wish... etc.
