Election records show that he has made campaign contributions of as much
as $25 MM to McConnell since 1993; likely because he's impressed by
people w/o a chin.
On a serious note, James Chao has been charged by Interpol w/disguising large
amounts of opium of as much as $200 MM, in ore cargoes from Asian ports.
Additionally, our Dept of Treasury has identified his company as purposely
altering shipping manifests to avoid Duties and Tariffs on cargo to the USA.
