Gillum, Nelson Lawyers Fight To Allow Non-Citizen's Vote To Count

ByRYAN SAAVEDRA

Lawyers for Florida Democratic gubernatorial candidate Andrew Gillum and U.S. Senate candidate Bill Nelson fought on Friday to allow a non-citizen's vote to count in the state's election races.

A transcript obtained by the Daily Caller News Foundation of a Palm Beach County Canvassing Board proceeding revealed the exchange between the Democratic lawyers and the judge.

Here are lawyers for Nelson and Gillum directly arguing, Friday night in Palm Beach, that a ballot by a NON-CITIZEN should NOT be excluded.https://t.co/Z9HsIzWYYd @DailyCaller pic.twitter.com/zynSdgTdZ9

WTF?

Billy's bayonet

This is practically admitting that they allowed Illegals to Vote....Illegally, which is likely to be proven.  People should be arrested.

They should be, but they probably won't.

There lies the problem...!

I believe our "Republic" (rule of law) is in jeopardy falling to a democracy (mob rule) if the DOJ doesn't stand their ground and take action now...!

The sad part is our government being them republicans, democrats, liberals, or conservatives lost this battle once we joined forces in calling our "Republic" a democracy every chance we had.

I have a five dollar bet that as a whole we use the word democracy 10,000 more times than the word "Republic".

For some reason, the word "Republic" scares the living crap out of people...I wonder why...?
People sleep peacefully at night because there are a few tough men prepared to do violence on their behalf.

A wise man uses it to scratch his balls.

Michael Barnett, chairman of the Palm Beach Republican Party, said that despite the objections of the two Democratic lawyers, the vote was not allowed after two of the three canvassing board members ruled that a vote by a non-citizen was "an impermissible vote," according to the DCNF.

"The lawyer who was present was not someone we had authorized to make such an objection," Democratic lawyer Marc Elias told the DCNF. "Non-citizens cannot vote in U.S. elections."

So that's a good thing other than it should've been 3 out of 3 board members ruling against illegals voting.

QuoteBucher spoke hours after the campaign of Republican Senate candidate Rick Scott -- which secured an early legal victory against Democratic-leaning Broward County officials over the weekend -- went back to court with a fresh salvo of emergency complaints against both Broward and Palm Beach counties. One complaint requests that state sheriff's officers "impound and secure all voting machines, tallying devices and ballots when they are not in use until the conclusion of the recount."
In a separate lawsuit, Scott's team is asking a judge to throw out votes tallied by the Broward County Canvassing Board after Saturday's noon deadline, in apparent violation of state law, which requires that "[t]he canvassing board shall submit ... unofficial returns to the Department of State for each federal, statewide, state, or multicounty office or ballot measure no later than ... noon on the fourth day after any general or other election."
"The Broward and Palm Beach County Supervisors of Elections has already demonstrated a blatant disregard for Florida's elections laws, making it more important than ever that we continue to do everything possible to prevent fraud and ensure this recount is operated responsibly," Chris Hartline, a Scott spokesman, said in a statement.https://www.foxnews.com/politics/dem-leaning-palm-beach-county-says-it-likely-wont-make-recount-deadline-in-florida-governor-senate-races

Scott is not just rolling over. both these counties have already been found to be in violation of our state constitution and our sunshine laws. He has filed multiple court actions and so far won the first 2. Broward County failed to meet the court ordered deadline on Friday at 7PM and I am sure we will here more on that. Scott has filed suit to impound the machines used on election night and I smell a court ordered audit of both the affected counties. An audit would be of all the voter roles, who voted and a check of all the required signature matches. Real results in Florida are going to be a real War and take a very long time!!

Voter fraud has been happening in every election I can remember and I've never heard of a single person being charged with a crime, much less jailed, in all those years.
