How could be democratic this September parliamentary elections in Byelorussia run by "the last dictator of Europe". I suppose there are two variants: either the elections were not democratic or Lukashenko is no dictator. Taking into consideration the opinion of the leading EU leaders and this material as well

Lukashenko is a dictator. Then the elections should be called undemocratic and there were really many non-democratic cases in wake of the voting. We can expect some negative statements on part of the EU observes. There are few of them, if any. Why?
