The Boston Globe and Mother Jones are still stirring the dead embers of this story today, fixating on SEC's listing of Romney as the owner of Bain as late as 2002.  Although Romney had no controlling interest, they want to keep the doubt in the public's mind...CNN blew the story out of the water with this:

Your mama was right. There is a LOT of work to get done between now and November, and we need to be part of it. I wonder how many times Mitt Romney and Bain Capital took $535 million from strangers -- using the threat of arrest and/or prosecution and/or violence -- and gave it to, say, a fly-by-night solar-cell company that went bankrupt a year later and took their 1,100 jobs to China.
