Just go up and hit the Quote button of the post you would like to Quote.   It will open a new area with the Quote in it.  Then just after the [/quote] space down two lines and start typing. 

For me the Quote button is above and to the right, it should be just above the line. _________________________________________

Make sure you have a flashing cursor, then place it below the last bracketed quote, as follows:
[/quote ]

Start typing Here, right below the [/quote ] typed above, and start typing, when done, hit preview below, to check your post, but you'll have to scroll up to see the preview.
General rule, hit the enter key a couple of times after quote to make space, makes for easy reading to the respondent.

Hit the "quote" icon button in the far upper right hand corner of the post that you want to comment on.  You will then have captured that conversation and it will come up on you computer. At the end of that conversation that you have captured you will see "

Quote" -- space down and then enter your comments.

What Steve Bannon does next might be more revealing than the video interview.

For instance, if he becomes a commentator on MSLSD or some other liberal outlet.
He doesn't strike me as the kinda guy who's up for an open debate, or potential embarrassing moments captured on live TV.
