The first one is a great example of the difference between a conservative and a liberal. In reading the definition I would label it wise capitalism.

Exactly!!! Nothing goes to waste in a capitalist society. Under socialism the govt keeps it afloat despite loss, or simply closes it down.
The added phrase "Vulture" is strictly designed to place all capitalism in a bad light.

At what point do people stand up and start calling BS on these made up liberal terms?
