More promises to the takers.  Given that most ex-convicts will swear that they really did not do what ever they were convicted of or that they only got in trouble because the cops do not like them they feel that they are unjustly being harmed when they cannot get a job because of their record.  Just an extension of the overwhelming sense of entitlement felt by most of Obama's supporters.

In their mind they should have more of the stuff that other people worked for just because it is not fair that some have more than others.  I think in their mind the effort and time and work involved in getting ahead are of no consequence and that stuff just falls from the sky and those who get more than others are just greedy and took more than they needed.

I really would like to set up a small community where anyone who had less than someone else was able to take some of what ever it was for themselves.   I am sure that in a short time all hell would break out because even those that do not have that much would have more than someone else.
Using lib logic, anyone should be hired because history of work or crime should not be taken into account when hiring.
In other words, apply online, first to apply, will be hired.
It's always about feelings, never about about logical outcomes.

Then they did away with tests and evals for recruits.

Then they did away with tests and evaluations for promotion so that they could promote idiots

To varrying degress that is what happened all across the US in Major cities.

We have officers in my area who are so dumb that it took four agencies working in close coordination for three months to bust a local massage parlor, where the night of the raid they couldn't even nab the spa owner but the courts (a draconian double-state-minimum-sentences mill) imposed $100,000 bonds on the two immigrant women rubbin' stuff out on the night shift.

Prostitution is a misdemeanor in Michigan, and this was a first offense for each suspect.

One. Hundred, Thousand. Dollars. The two women pleaded guilty after a week in the Crossbars Hilton, away from translators. Our populace has been saved!
