No more cars period, if you need a car, you rent one, only after submitting three bids from local rental agencies on the best Govt price. Then the order has to be approved up the chain of command two weeks in advance.

Then if they do have an inspection, even a routine one, I'd make them get a federal warrant..... 


Such bureacratic red tape would keep them out of people's hair for at least six months. so much red tape they cannot effectively get out and harass the public.

Then the Ultimate to strike fear into the hearts of the boobocrats, AIRBITRARY TRANSFERS TO UNDESIRABLE LOCATIONS under the guise of some "resource re allocation" program.

I'd sit up with my feet on my desk and savor the screams coming from all around.

Shut it down.   Defund it & pull the plug.

EPA is like OHSA on steroids, their goal is to harass, bankrupt & eventually destroy businesses.

Yes but right before it is shut down, float the idea that the EPA is going to give subsidies to big oil. Wait for the mass strokes and then shut it down.
