Migrants traveling to US sue Trump, government; claim violation of constitutional rights

So, everyone, everywhere has American Constitutional Rights?
Um, Ok! :scared:

Quote
A dozen migrants traveling by foot from Honduras to the U.S. to seek asylum filed a class-action lawsuit Thursday against President Trump, the Department of Homeland Security and others, claiming a violation of their due process under the Fifth Amendment.

The Fifth Amendment states that, "no person… shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law."

This is getting stupid now.  Everybody around the world has USA constitutional rights, even sitting on their sofa in Zimbabwe.  Everybody on earth can sue the US govt for denying their US rights, even if they're Chinese laying around in China.

The left doesn't give a shit how stupid everything they say is, anymore.  They think they'll still get their way somehow.  Starting next week, if they ever win the US govt again, it will be a fast suicide for America.

Hell, Waters and Pelosi are announcing that they're only running for revenge.  If that shit gets enough votes, we have been taken over by the inmates.

We have actually reached a biblical watershed, where the people who are here to end everything are parading around in the open, announcing their intentions.

I don't get how they can? I mean leftist are loving this thinking they have the right because they seek amnesty but I am pretty sure they passed by a half dozen consulates on their trek here, am I wrong?   Why would this not get tossed immediately?

What kind of Kangaroo court would accept this Lawsuit?  Trumps lawyers should file a lawsuit against the
"Advocacy" groups that are filing a lawsuit.

Shouldn't this apply?
(A 'lot' of eye glazing law 'stuff' on linked page)

Quote
Action

An Executive Order directs the Coast Guard to intercept vessels illegally transporting passengers from Haiti to the United States and to return those passengers to Haiti without first determining whether they qualify as refugees, but "authorizes such forced repatriation to be undertaken only beyond the territorial sea of the United States."

Ruling

United States Supreme Court
SALE v. HAITIAN CTRS. COUNCIL, INC., (1993)
No. 92-344
Argued: March 2, 1993    Decided: June 21, 1993

In Sale v. Haitian Ctr. Council, Inc., 509 U.S. 155 (1993),the U.S. Supreme Court held that the U.S. was not in violation of its non-refoulement ( forced return) obligation when it returned Haitians interdicted on the high seas because the Haitians were not within U.S. territory and therefore the non-refoulement obligation did not apply.

It seems that in the last ten years or so the sole purpose for the existence of The United States is to be an unassimilated boarding house for the Third World.

File a countersuit, try them in absentia, finding them guilty and impose a fine equal to a years median U.S. income upon each of them requiring payment in cash and denial of entry until which time the fine is paid, with penalty and interest applied until such time the fine is paid in full.
Repeal the 16th and 17th amendments and start taking back control of our government(s), spending and debts.

I believe the name for that kangaroo court would be the 9th district.

Which rather proves my point, you can't file a lawsuit on an adverse action that hasn't taken place yet.
