When you read this remember the states did this to themselves. They knew  lockdowns wouldnt work. The CDC and WHO had  papers saying they wouldnt.
Trump has  1 piece  of  leverage  left against the states. No bailout till every dictatorial mandate  is  lifted. Will he  cave? If  he does the states will be funded so they can lock down again.
Oh, and not all red states are  in trouble. Kristi Noem went with real experts and the South Dakota  economy  has  actually  produced excess tax revenues there.
