HOUSTON, TX. — At least two people were rushed to the hospital Tuesday after apparently being exposed to a 'white powdery substance' at Sen. Ted Cruz's office, officials said.
The office is located in an building at 3200 SW Fwy. The 9th floor of the Phoenix Tower has been evacuated.
A Houston Fire Department HAZMAT team is responding and working to determine the nature of the substance.
Earlier in the day, the Pentagon said it received a substance that tested positive for ricin.

I saw that and wondered the same thing. The author should have used Trump and Mattis rather than the comma.
