Anyone know why most departments use ford vehicles? I thought it was some sort of law.

Anyone know why most departments use ford vehicles? I thought it was some sort of law.
A lot of departments prefer rear wheel drive cruisers. CHP uses them so they can use them as a battering ram by swinging the ass end around.
Anyway, that was the reason 15 years back.
