They actually say they can always see other perspectives but not at this point.  That Trump is evil....a dictator....worse than Hitler....he hasn't done one good think and is only riding on Obama's coat tales.  They can't handle the fact that he is praising Kim Jong Un....even if this is all part of the negotiation tactic.  Some of these people have Doctorates they think this way.  I feel like everyone thinks this way which could make us lose in Nov and Trump to loose in 2020.  People seem to think that we are terrible people for defending him.  It's really frustrating.

Ignore them, you'll be proven Right soon enough, especially after the bloody Red Wave about to slaughter the Dims in Nov.

Ask your family to name 5 things Trump has done right.  If they can not just ask for one thing he has done right.   That should tell you their on the Dark Side.

A lot of people give me flack for even be a conservative these days. Living in Connecticut I am seen as a young misguided kid in spite of my deep rooted support for the conservative cause. It is frustrating not being able to share political discussion with my close friends due to the fact that there is so much negative stereotypes around conservatives these days. I suppose my best advice to you is that is your friends and family do not support your decisions to support trump, then that is on them. If someone is willing to ostracize you for political disagreement I feel there is more there then just politics. I just roll with the punches these days.

I'd ask them how he's riding Hussein's coat tails if he's undoing everything Hussein has done.

Tell them that there are Millions and Millions of US ; Trump supporters and COnservatives and that number is growing everyday, also tell them that Trump is trying to look out for  America, to keep America safe which is the SWORN FIRST DUTY of ANY Elected Official , soldier, Policeman, and even if they dont realize it, Trump is trying to keep them safe too.
Last thing,CONSERVATIVES are individuals, we think and act for ourselves, we don't need group think and lock step. you are welcome here, you will learn a lot.
