why not  grant  amnesty  to all people  in prison? they need a  new start  and  that  way they can help fund  new  prisons!!

Essentially THAT has already happened...the idiots let out 230 some ILLEGALS due to overcrowding and now admidt they can't find 'em....

That justification from Rubio is the most insane thing I have ever heard and pure BS. He has effectively removed himself from any consideration of a spot on 2016 GOP ticket.
