Laura Ingraham (did I spell that right?)

I guess she wants to run for the Virginia senate seat against Democrat Rubber Stamp, Tim Kaine.

Sorry, I don't listen to Laura, Glenn, Alex, Shawn, Michael, Rush, George, John, Paul & Ringo...  :ttoung:

Last time I overheard Laura on the air, she was talking about her personal life... meeting with like-Washington insiders at some watering hole or fancy resturant (I'll never visit, or could afford), or maybe it was about some kid she adopted... sheeze... I don't know who or what she stands for politically... she might be better than Tim Kaine (another Washington Insider.).

Neither a talk-show-host, hero-worshipper, nor an affinity for BLONDES... who knows, does that picture has that "vacant blond smile"...?
Blonde as a kid, but grew into an light-brown as I got -smarter- ....Meh, guess it doesn't work for all of us, eh?  :ttoung:

One thing I've learned from Punkin-the-Pollster .... the public image is barely skin deep, ugly liberal convictions go all the way to the bone.
Something about "never trust a politician" .... or "never trust a talk-show host"...  If Shawn says some of those guys he knows are, "nothing like what you hear on the air... when you meet them in person.." - that much I'll believe.   On air persona is FAKE & the more they talk about their personal lives, the less likely it's actually real.  ... er, unless it's Glenn talking about his alcoholism - that I might believe.

Well, if it comes down to Laura vs Tim (revisiting Donald vs Hillary), geeze.... what an easy choice, I'll vote AGAINST the Democrat ... again.
IMO - either choice is a CLEAR Washington Insider.

Example #1...

http://www.mystatesman.com/news/state--regional-govt--politics/travis-county-custody-case-jury-will-search-for-real-alex-jones/rnbWzMHnFCd5SOPgP3A34J/

QuoteAt a recent pretrial hearing, attorney Randall Wilhite told state District Judge Orlinda Naranjo that using his client Alex Jones' on-air Infowars persona to evaluate Alex Jones as a father would be like judging Jack Nicholson in a custody dispute based on his performance as the Joker in "Batman."

"He's playing a character," Wilhite said of Jones. "He is a performance artist."

But in emotional testimony at the hearing, Kelly Jones, who is seeking to gain sole or joint custody of her three children with Alex Jones, portrayed the volcanic public figure as the real Alex Jones.

"He's not a stable person," she said of the man with whom her 14-year-old son and 9- and 12-year-old daughters have lived since her 2015 divorce. "He says he wants to break Alec Baldwin's neck. He wants J-Lo to get raped.

"I'm concerned that he is engaged in felonious behavior, threatening a member of Congress," she said, referring to his recent comments about California Democrat Adam Schiff. "He broadcasts from home. The children are there, watching him broadcast."

Example #2:  If you've listen to Rush Limbaugh for just a little while, he refers to him self as an entertainer.
Example #3:  Glenn Beck's show opens with the line, "..the fusion of entertainment and enlightenment.."

Sorry, it's hard to take a talk show host seriously.

Looks like Tim Kaine has static in his hair.  He should try some shampoo/conditioner.

Jack Nicholson is not at all like The Joker in  Batman.
He's really more like the guy he played in  One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest.
Oh, wait a minute.  I was still thinking of Tim Kaine.

Anybody see Tim Kaine debate Mike Pence last fall?
All Kaine did was loudly and obnoxiously recite Dems' talking points.
Everything he had to say was said in the first five minutes.
The rest was all repetition.
It was an insult to voters' intelligence.
Except Dems.

That would be fun. The debates would be great. Ingraham is funny and smart. Kaine is really creepy in a John Wayne Gacy sort of way. I would much rather the seat in the hands of a republican but I worry she will be a moderate establishment sort of senator.

Nailed it!
When she threw Conservatives under the bus, told us all we needed to know about the traitor to the cause.
Oh sure, she'll get elected, but only because she isn't a lib.

If she was to run against Tim Kaine and win that would be so embarrassing for the democrat party. The democrat pick for president lost to a reality TV star in Donald Trump and their vice president pick Tim Kaine loses to a radio personality in Laura Ingraham.
