The 17-year-old killed two people during the riots in Kenosha, in what supporters and his lawyers say was self-defense. He is charged with intentional homicide, reckless endangerment and being a minor in possession of a firearm.

Many believe that the teenager is facing politically motivated trumped up charges.

People who have supported the teen, who has not yet been convicted of any crimes, have faced extreme censorship on social media — as the Big Tech overlords immediately decided of his guilt.

that kid should not have ever been locked up, and in most states I do not think he would have been.

Amazing how people have been duped into bailing out a criminal. I hope he gets what he deserves.

Why is it amazing, when he was in the right!  That's a lot of people putting up $2 million cash bond, that also know he was right!

Considering there is a lot of reason to claim self defense, that bail is outrageous.  Only because he defended himself against the assholes in BLM/antifa did he get a political bail amount.  I hope Lin Wood can come in and sue for slander against the kid.

He was not in the right. He should have never had the gun to begin with. He was in possession of an illegal firearm and IF the latetest info on the story is true he committed another felony to get the gun to begin with.  Rittenhouse is a criminal

Rittenhouse broke the law and committed felonies BEFORE the shooting even took place. He's a fucking criminal and deserves to be charged, convicted and imprisoned.

I'm not emotional and you're full of shit. Rittenhouse  committed crime BEFORE the shootings happened. He's a criminal. PERIOD. He's not a hero in any way shape or form. He's a stupid kid and he's a criminal just like the criminals he shot up.

These human scum were chasing Kyle Rittenhouse with the intent to do bodily harm. He acted in Self defense when he shot them, I say good riddance. the part that sucks, is that it happened in a liberally controlled State, and these socialist pieces of crap are going to take out their hate of conservatives on him. Glad he was able to make bail!

Ok, but how about the case that happened here in Europe? Three criminals were chasing one guy in the middle of the night, threatening to kill him. He run off home. They followed him at home, threatening to kill everyone in the house, broke the door and came to the house. Then father of the guy woke up (it was 2 am), took the gun and started to shoot in the air. Three criminals were still in the house looting and searching for the guy, but apparently saw how things stand and decided to run. Heck, the father who wanted to protect the son came out with the gun, shot one in the back and kill him. He also hurt the other one in the leg. He possesed the gun legally. The court decided to sent the father to jail for 17 years, saying he shot the guy in the back and therefore it wasn't a self defence.
