Regardless of the laws that restrict our 2A rights, it is a really bad idea to run up and attack someone that is holding a rifle.  By doing so those that were shot and killed got what they deserved.

I remember dove hunting with cousins when I was very young.  We had rifles.  It is unconstitutional to outlaw a firearm based on how it looks, I don't care how scary it is to the idiot libtards.  It is my reading of the 2A that NO weapon is illegal, including a tank, a canon or an F-35 if you can afford it.  The 2A was meant to give the citizen the right to have the same weapons as a tyrannical govt. might use against them.

He broke no law.  He was in defense of his community.  He tried to not shoot those thugs, but they forced him too.  I would have emptied the gun right there.  No "shot in the arm" thug would be walking away.

A minor misdemeanor, and once attacked, he used what was available to protect himself.  If he didn't, he'd be severely injured or dead.  The most he's liable for is an underage violation.  And, Solar is a reasonable man of great Character, I am nothing like him.  I don't scream.  Ever.  I just get busy.  If you can't get along, get it on!  I couldn't care less what a Liberay Pin Head thinks.
