Obviously the Kennedy's seem to have generational "substance abuse" issues. It seems that the only time I now hear of the Kennedy's is when one of them gets into some kind of trouble because of drugs or alcohol ... and by the way ... who is Max Kennedy? This is the first time I've heard of him ...had to look him up - ok, he's the 9th child of Robert and Ethel Kennedy. So ... who cares?
