Judge Bitch Slaps lib Sheriff. ;D

Rep. Louis Gohmert (R-Texas), a former prosecutor and judge and a current member of the House Judiciary Committee, said Pima County Sheriff Clarence Dupnik is "not prohibited by law from making...ridiculous statements," but Gohmert added that some of what Dupnik has said has done "more to help the defendant than...anyone else."

Isnt there something they can slap on the Sheriff? I'm at a loss of what its called, but it stops anyone from discussing the case....Or is that only for those involved??

The media calls it a gag order. What the court calls it? What's latin for STFU?

what pisses me off, is he has yet to release any information to the public, yet goes on as a tyrade as if he knows something we don't.

The Judge is right, this guy is only helping the defense.
