Holder's already in contempt of Congress, so why would he oblige a court not friendly to the guy signing Holder's pardon?

I hear what you are saying, but I would like to believe that this is the time when there is so much focus on this administration by the American public that he can't get away with obstructing justice.   If not, the walls may not come tumbling down right away...but if Obama does leave office (God willing) I firmly believe that he and others will face prosecution.

All I hear are crickets from the redneck America stole our land crowd, because Holder essentially committed an act of War against Mexico.  The Bush Administration, at least, informed and updated the Mexican Government on the gun-sting status.

I suspect Holder & Co. are echoing the defiance of the Spartan king (Leonidas?): "Come and take them!"

That is a good question.  Does a tree falling in the woods make a sound  ?  Does a crime exist when the criminal just says "nuh-uh" and nobody cares or does anything about it  ?

At some point, hopefully somebody in the govt or judicial system just gets too embarrassed by the shame, and acts out of shame.
