Title: Judge Moore Campaign Files Complaint To Delay Certification
Post by: Solar on December 28, 2017, 08:44:02 AM
Judge Roy Moore filed an election complaint to delay certification of the race's results until a probe into voter fraud is complete.

The Roy Moore for Senate campaign filed the complaint with the circuit court in Montgomery, Alabama late Wednesday.

"This is not a Republican or Democrat issue as election integrity should matter to everyone," announced Judge Moore.

The complaint's purpose is to preserve evidence of the alleged voter fraud, and to postpone certification of the Alabama special election by Secretary of State John Merrill.

However, Secretary Merrill says he has no intention to delay the certification despite Roy Moore's campaign filing a last minute lawsuit objecting to the election results.

Several election integrity experts have claimed there is statistical and mathematical evidence of fraud, but Merrill says he plans to officially certify Jones Thursday.

Previous numbers showed Judge Moore falling short to Democrat candidate Doug Jones by approximately 21,000 votes.

I do not have a link, but it is my understanding all absentee votes have been counted and they did not get Moore within the .5% differential to trigger a recount.

That's part of his complaint I think, that and those numbers disappearing from his write in votes, suddenly appearing in Jones column.
Not to mention all the illegals in one van, caught voting at several precincts and busloads of blacks from Mississippi etc.

I just heard that a judge blocked moores attemp at a recount. Is there any other recourse he can take to expose this voter fraud? We need to get this stuff uncovered before the midterms.

I would think if there was Moore would know as he was a judge.  I am sure he would know that would be the first thing they would do.

Was expected and as Walks said, he more than likely anticipated their move to block, but Moore was an Alabama SCOTUS and knows the law better than some leftist judge, I'm sure.
