Judge dismisses Mississippi Senate election challenge - McDaniel loses

I don't doubt that there were grounds to allege vote fraud in this case. But the judge didn't get that far, nor did he have to. McDaniel had 20 days to appeal, but he took 41 days to get it done. Game over.

After the CRAP that Thad Cochran pulled has he poisoned his base? Are we going to lose the Mississippi senate seat in this critical year? A 50/50 senate not only gives us more Harry Reid it will also bring in Biden as the tie breaker! :popcorn: :popcorn:
