One judge setting policy on a national level based on political purpose should never have become the trend. Would like to see a ruling soon.

Glad you posted this. I don't even know when it started, or why this power grab wasn't addressed early on.
I take that back, the RINO were no doubt afraid to address it so they turned a blind eye to the lefts Legislating from the bench.
This has been a huge problem for decades and finally Trump is the one to take it on. Just one more thing Daddy Trump had to take care of because the kids in Congress refuse to do their job.

Think about this, this is akin to driving home, pulling in your driveway and some 6 year old kid on his trike writes you a speeding ticket that every neighbor agrees is valid. That's how nuts this is, when a lower court can usurp the power of Congress and the president and no one ever called them out.
Though we all know why it happened, it was to weaken the laws of the US and deteriorate faith in the nation. It worked.

I can not recall anytime obama had to put up with this.

What is really needed is some sort of oversight committee made up of Judges, Lawyers etc that has the power to remove Judges from the bench....like this Bimbo who purposely let illegal alien criminals go, or the ones that say they will not comply with immigration laws

I think this is the main reason they will do anything to get Trump out of office. They need activist judges to get their anti Anti American agenda passed.
