Has Jerry Brown, AKA Governor Moonbeam, been replaced by a cunningly accurate clone which had a conservative brain put in place to replace the liberal brain that formerly rattled around in his skull?

No one knows for sure but ol' Moonbeam's talking tough about the budget, even taking a bead on the massively-bloated education sector much to the discomfort of the teacher's unions which supported him.

I guess I'll wait to see how the rest of his agenda unfolds but a left-wing Democrat talking about taking a knife to the education budget....kinda scary.

He actually shocked a lot of us when he was Mayor of Oakland, he slashed the Hell out of the budget and actually made some great changes for them, he does seem to have a Conservative leaning fiscal side at times.
But he's still a lib with the attitude of a Kennedy, he thinks he doesn't have to follow the rules he imposes on others.
