Impeachment is a way to strip this president of power and remove him.

The removal of impeached officials is automatic upon conviction in the Senate and I believe that due to the overwhelming majority that the GOP will have come mid Janaury, we would get enough votes to do so.

You are asking for solutions?  I see IMPEACHMENT as the only viable solution.  Nothing else has worked.  He has bypassed Congress several times, he has refused to comply with the DOJ by claiming executive privilege. 

To think that all of a sudden Obama is going to bow to the newly elected majority is and move to the center is ridiculous.  He doesn't care!  He is doing what he wants to do without Congressional approval and is ignoring our Constitution.

If he is NOT impeached NOW, what is going to stop him from continuing his overreach of power and what is going to stop him from becoming a dictator?

To convict and remove requires 2/3 of the Senate. If the GOP takes the LA seat they will have 55. The simple question I ask is where will the other 12 come from? Without that it is an exercise in futility.

Immediately file suit for a quick review by the Supreme Court. Refusal to leave is clear violation of the amendment to limit terms to two. Then the military would have to remove him if the dims did not get to him first.

So now I will ask you the same question I asked Suz. Where do you get the dim votes to convict for removal from office? Impeachment is an empty act if the senate does not convict.

Take legal action. I don't know if they can but I would assume that if both the house and the senate petition the SCOTUS for amediate relief from Obama's overreach they would be compeled to hear the arguments and hand down a fast decision!
how about cutting the white House travel budget? Michelle Would go crazy if she had to cut back her vacation trips!!

Mrclose!! I couldn't care if he is the first black president or not. We need at least 12 Democrat senators to cross over to vote impeachment that we do not have YET!!
