Title: Ivanka Trump For POTUS 2034?
Post by: Solar on October 07, 2017, 05:51:28 PM
Now don't laugh.

Ivana Trump, the president's former wife and mother to Ivanka Trump, Donald Trump Jr., and Eric Trump, floated the idea of a possible run for president for their daughter in 15 years while ruminating in her possible title as "first mother."

"Maybe in fifteen years, she could run for president?" Ivana writes in her upcoming book – "Raising Trump" – about Ivanka, according to the Associated Press.

She added: "First Lady? Holds no appeal for me personally. First Mother? That could work."

Also in her book, which will be released for purchase on Oct. 10, Ivana revisits her messy divorce from the president following an affair that made tabloid headlines for years.

Not laughing at all ... that would make Jared 'First Gentleman" ... I shudder at the thought.

Well, her politics aside she would have more experience than when Barry first ran. She is more likeable than any Hillary, Chelsea and Michelle Obama and she'll probably have fewer deaths on her hands as opposed to Hillary.

How sad is it when not having skeletons in your closet makes one far more qualified than any Dim alive today?

It's not going to happen, never, ever. She's just peddling a book.

But we ended up with a one term senator who failed geography. And she's a woman.

After Barry anything is possible.

(from the same article)
QuoteDuring an interview with CBS news this week regarding the book, Ivana revealed that her and the president are on good terms and talked about his offer for her to be the ambassador to the Czech Republic. She also said her ex-husband sought her advice about his Twitter habits.

"Book Bait"   (like click bait, but for books)        Probably as boring as 'how to grow a magnificent lawn in 30 days.'  or 'Keys to watching paint dry while the power is out'.  Ever see a movie trailer that's better than the movie?

The thing about bait? It needs to be fresh, carries appeal, has something to offer, not like the Enquirer's claims of alien Elvis babies.

A broken TV carries more interest than a Trump Dynasty.

That probably covers 95% of the Dim party, but define failure further, Maxine Waters is the poster child of Gerrymandering district lines, a complete imbecile racist, her claim to fame is being black and stupid, just the way Dims like their tokens, ig'nant...

Problem is, Ivanka is a lib at heart.

"Who" are they trying to market the book to?  Enquirer readers?  It's book bait comments, try to sucker potential buyers with juicy, gossipy stuff.

. Ivana Trump...run for president  (OMG!!!  Ivanka for Pres!!!  A Jewish conspiracy?!!?!?!)

. messy divorce from the president  (please, please, let's hear YOUR side of the story, again)

. the ambassador to the Czech Republic (WHAT?!?!?  is this a payoff scheme, keep silent, or I send in Putin?!!?!)

. ex-husband sought her advice about his Twitter habits. (oh, he's really BAD, does she rip him a new one!?!?!)

There... that probably covers all the books high points.  The rest is just page filler, makeup tips, etc...

Yes she is and one of the few that is not mean, vicious,  arrogant and vapid. She's a liberal but would not fit in the party and they wouldn't have her.

Interesting comparison between liberalism of the 80s and liberalism today.
In the 80s the Dim party still promoted American values, the same party today supports sitting during our National Anthem.
The GOP of today is the mirror image of the 80s Dim party. Are we just a few decades away from the GOP becoming today's Dim party?

I know, sounds ludicrous, but look how far left the GOP moved since they nominated Nixon, fought Reagan moving the nation to the Right, seized power again under Bush, capitulated every chance they got to the likes of Reed and Fuglosi on everything the Dim party stood for.
Is it really fiction to think the GOP won't continue its surge left without another party to keep them in check?
Or rather, a party to use as an excuse to feign objection while supporting said party mouthing angst for their constituency?

I fear you are correct, history certainly bears it out.

God knows I hope I'm wrong, but mathematically speaking, the odds are, that the party will continue its leftward push unless we steal it from these Marxist scum.

Your not wrong. Both parties are moving left at a breakneck speed. The dims just got a pretty good head start on the reps. Either we take the party back, or start a new one, but this can not go on as is.

And this is the puzzling part, Why?
I know we're on the verge of seizing the party, but what perplexes me so, is the GOP had a perfect chance to move Right, instead they literally jumped in the old seat the Dims vacated.
From a business perspective, this was pure genius, seize the location vacated by your only competitor, ensuring a death grip/monopoly on the market as well, a guarantee they'll never return to prominence.

But truly the smart thing to do, would have been to secure their place, then start moving the country back Right, furthering the demise of the leftists, expose the damage done by the party out of power, but that's not what  the GOP is doing, no, they're continuing the failed policies of the party out of power, this is neither genius nor productive, these are treasonous actions.
But more importantly, leaves an opening for a new competitor to enter the arena, one coming from the Right, serving the majority nation.

If anything, this was not a smart move for the RNC, the last thing they need is competition for the base from the Right, especially considering, there is none left to their left.

This also assures the GOP base, our work will entail more than simply taking the majority in the party, but continuing to kick the Marxists out of the party till it's completely purged of these scum, this, more importantly, points to the real enemy, the RNC...

It took years for the Marxists to work their way into the GOP, it'll take just as long to get them out.

The absolute last thing the GOP wants, a viable TEA Party.

I'm liking what Bannon has going.

He wasn't necessarily a great fit for the WH, but he has put forth some great TP goals, strategies, and tactics.

Saw him on Hannity last night, and he was talking about turning the big $ republicans away from the Bush-Rove camp, and over to his side.  Says he's going to fund a conservative candidate for virtually every seat up for grabs in 2018.

This really feels like the logical progression and refinement of the TP from ~ 2010.  And Bannon actually said as much.

He's declaring war on every incumbent candidate except Cruz.
