To all our Soldiers and Sailors who gave their lives, I Salute you with honour. You granted us our freedom with your spilt blood.

With all of the Military movies that will be played today, I encourage you to watch a movie called "Taking Chance". IMO....it's the only movie that will shed light on what this day called Memorial Day really means.

Every Memorial Day I remember my Father and all my Uncles on both sides, all of whom served in WW2. My Dad was involved in D Day. I had another Uncle who lied about his age to join the Navy. His ship was hit by Kamakazi planes off IWO Jima. Another Uncle was mostly deaf, he was in Patton's Artillery and blasted his way through Italy. Yet Another Uncle sent a message to a German Sub his group had surrounded off New England and demanded they surface and surrender...they did.

I also remember the guys I served with, a few didn't make it.

As we used to say "One more GI from Vietnam St Peter, Let me in, I already served my time in Hell".

Today was a good day, It seemed like America Again with almost a million Bikers descending on D.C. without incident. Trump Priasing our Troops, people flying flags all over, attaching them to their cars. We had a nice day Partying with friends, All Vets. Told a lot of "War" stories, had a lot of laughs, Thank God we are free to enjoy it because of our Veterans.
