The funny part is (I was going to use sad) Mother Jones ran with the fake story. I guess the fake reporting news outlets like CNN and Mother Jones uses the old kids poem looking for the truth...."if you don't believe this lie is true (Mother Jones) go ask the blind man he saw it too (CNN)"....

Democrat Operatives Spent Thousands Creating Fake Russian Bots For "False Flag" Operation To Influence Election

Every now and again, a conspiracy theory will prove to be true. While most of the time this might be shocking, in the case of Democrats creating "Russian bots" in order to influence the populace's voting habits, it's fully believable.

According to the Daily Caller, the New York Times got its hands on a report that showed that Democrat operatives had spent just as much money creating fake Russian bots online as the actual Russians did to create their own bots in 2016. The bots the Democrats created, however, were aimed at promoting former Alabama special election candidate Roy Moore:

LinkedIn co-founder apologizes for funding group linked to disinformation efforts in Alabama special election

LinkedIn co-founder Reid Hoffman said he is embarrassed for funding a group that reportedly spread disinformation during the 2017 Alabama Senate special election.

American Engagement Technologies, an organization Hoffman gave $750,000, allegedly used Facebook and Twitter to help eventual victor Democrat Doug Jones at the expense of Republican Roy Moore, who has been accused of sexual misconduct.
