Some of that Dinero sticks to the corrupt politico's hands of course, especially the ones who run the money transfer organizations and banks which clear the remittances and of course charge a "fee".

Now with all that money on the line, you dont think that some of it is finding its way into Nancy Pig face or Chucky Shroomer's off shore bank account in Belize?  Just keep fighting the wall and ICE and Trump and we'll keep your balance up Dems.
