Is Mexico Threatening to End Diplomatic Relations with the US over the Border ?

I'm phrasing this as a question, because I have no link. I cannot confirm this.

But on the Radio (WRKO - Boston), there was a report the Government of Mexico is threatening to end Diplomatic Relations with the USA should President Trump deploy troops on the Border.

Personally, I would welcome that.

Put up a wall, put troops on the border, or both. If Mexico acts up, knock 'em out.
With all these lawyers with cameras on the street i'm shocked we have so much crime in the world.

There is constitutional law and there is law and order. This challenge to law and order is always the start to loosing our constitutional rights.

Frauditors are a waste of life.

Time for the real military to become involved - REMEMBER THE ALAMO !!

Laughable nonsense.
Mexico is a third world country which because of the blessings of geography and geology has oil.
Otherwise its neighbors are fourth world countries such as El Salvador and Venezuela, who will now become what, its core trading partners and financial investors???
Following the demise of the Aztecs, the Spanish Hapsburgs raised the consciousness and standards of the Mexican people. After their exit, its been downhill for Mexico ever since.

Dear God No.

Even annexing Puerto Rico was a mistake.

They should be independent.

And at this point, so should Southern California.

I could probably be talked into incorporating Canada - unless a study proved them to be Liberals (probably are).

Man I hope so.  Make it easier to annex what the hell we want, like Baja.  And to strafe the cartels whenever we feel like it.

Billy's bayonet

The Cartels are telling the Mexican Govt Officials they own lock stock and barrel they better fight this "wall" and increased Border security anyway they can or they will be seeing a small hole in a big desert.

To me, this proves the Cartel is brutal, but don't think many moves ahead.

This episode does nothing but ENHANCE our President's positions.

The situation in Mexico needs to be dealt with...particuarly the Cartels who have had a presence up here North of the border for some time...it was pretty much overlooked until Trump brought attention to it.

Well, of course Trump cannot fix everythng overnight.  It is rather amazing he has managed to accomplish so much with all the naysayers nagging at his heels 24/7.  His popularity is increasing due to the fact that I think many are finally waking up to how the msm has conspired against him...not even to mention the elitist/establishment types in his own party.

I do not think just putting troops on the border will suffice....we need to really put the pressure on Mexico.  The government is so corrupt and so compromised by the cartels....that short of an invasion... I have difficulty seeing how any real change can be brought about.

End diplomatic relations?  Does that mean they will voluntarily withdraw from NAFTA?

Invading them is the last thing we should do !

Build the Wall, end NAFTA, end VISAs.

And especially bring MONEY TRANSFERS from illegals here to Mexico to a screeching halt.

In short, distance ourself from them as much as possible. Shut them out.

Until they cry UNCLE.

Then they need to PAY US back for the Wall, take back all their citizens, and act like good neighbors.

A thought that the kindler, gentler types will oppose.
Anyway, Wilson sent John Pershing after Villa in 1916, w/orders to hang
him, when caught.
Send military raiding parties into the bunkers and tunnels of the drug
cartels, burn, then collapse them (as the Israeli military does in Gaza).
Then have leaflets dropped on the area w/the message;
"Let them hate; as long as they fear"
Wonder how the media will react???

And just wait until they elect this Marxist.........
