Just in time for the new Senate to begin their investigations into the abuse of power and obstruction of justice of this Administration.

I've been saying it for years -- this one is impeachment material. Hell, they were ready to impeach Dick Nixon for merely trying to do what the Kenyan actually did with the IRS.

What did the President know and when did he know it... Nixon's tapes snitched on him; Obama's Blackberry record will be his "smoking gun"

Absolutely...........no shit...........etc.

Still needs to be rammed through.

Do we have the personnel in place to make it happen  ?

I love Gowdey, Issa, et al.  Are they backed by enough people of substance.....to overcome the people in power positions, of no substance  ?

There's the rub.  Do we have the structure in place to see it through  ?  I think it's a big unknown, still.  PLEASE......prove me ignorant, dumb, uninformed, whatever.   I'll be the happiest guy in America to be wrong.

I think it'd be interesting as hell to get Doug Shulman on the stand. His predecessor visited the White House once in four years. Mr. Shulman found over 150 occasions to make that trip over the same span of time, and suggested that it was for the Easter egg hunts. Sheesh.

Remember during the period of "The Office of the President Elect" when Obama wanted to keep his Blackerry because he said he was "addicted" to it and would just want to stay in touch with friends like everybody else does.  The news was that it was subsequently heavily encrypted, so he could use it.  There was a lot of right wing chatter about this violating the presidential records act and we were told that the records would be preserved  (trust us)

I would expect a behind-the-scene attempt to snuff the activities of the Inspector General's office in the US Treasury Department...

Because 'evidence for impeachment' is not going to linger there in mid-air, then coalesce like a reverse Cheshire Cat, to become an indictment... is it?

Seems like some zealous eager-beaver will try to save the Oval Office from what Office of Special Counsel tried to concoct.

Issa lost to some scum bag in a recount by 7000 votes.
But expect to see him hired on to continue his investigation.

what this country needs is a good 5 cent cigar  AND some low level Alexander Butterfield type, who is more concerned with saving his own ass, than saving Obama's and who has the goods to give us!

I for one am not commenting much on this until we see what is in these e-mails and if they have been sanitized before release. They haven't been turned over yet. I have a wait and see attitude right now. It may be a con game to get the Federal Judge to back off!
That is a good point to, Will these also be released to Judicial Watch per the court order?

Don't forget the Judicial Watch court cast with a pissed off Federal judge that has the power to require All the E-mails be given to him in the whole form to examine in chambers. They had better not jerk with him much or they will find a special prosecutor appointed by the judge breathing down their neck!!
