It's a hopeful sign.....but these guys never give in without huge intervention.  If 30K e-mails just showed up, it's guaranteed to come filled with many sneaky little coverups, dodges, and obfuscations.

They will not give up anything significant or sincere without something heavy handed, like a powerful judge issuing subpeonas, arrest warrants, US marshals storming some offices, etc.

Hopefully this one guy will do this at some point.  But until he does, it's just a goat rope that has  no teeth.
You are right probably, every last one of them will have "redacted" on the top of the page, with black lines through every bit of text but the word's it, or, if, and lastly "and". LOL
One of every five Americans you meet has a mental illness of some sort. Many, many, of our veteran's suffer from mental illness like PTSD now also. Help if ya can. :) http://www.projectsemicolon.org/share-your-story.html
And no you won't find my "story" there. They don't allow science fiction. :)

I remind you that the term "stonewalling" was used by the Washington Post, describe such activities done by (the entire) Nixon Administration. Some of the "stonewallers" went too far and eventually were charged with crimes from obstrucion of justivce to perjury!!

Careful, Giles... People have been visited by the Secret Service for far less than that!

Good point. But rest assured, we'll never give up the names of Conservatives, even under warrant.
Though, knowing the Marxist, they already know what Giles had for lunch.

So there he'll be, in his Reagan tee-shirt and jeans, standing in the doorway talking to the Racial Correctness Squad about how they got suckered hard, all their lives, and if they don't believe him just look at what Democrats have done to Detroit and blacks in general on their totally fictitious War on Poverty.

Not that I'd try to put words in Giles' mouth. But he'd use that visit as a recruiting opportunity, or else he didn't learn anything about spreading the good word.....

Just in time for the new Senate to begin their investigations into the abuse of power and obstruction of justice of this Administration.

Yes, and then what? Obama is acting alone anyways without the consent of Congress, so what does it really matter?

We're not just sitting back allowing him to be a lawless Tyrannt.  We will continue to expose his crimes,  demostrating an alternative.  The American people are not going to just watch a public feud; they're feud up with it!  We ho have to  HOPE & BELIEVE that the American people will want (yet another) CHANGE and they will support our people over Obama.  This is going to
be arduous, but our folk are now in a position to speak truth to power and have the American people hear the message!

I think leading Lerner, body chains and leg irons, out of Congress flanked by a pair of beefy US Marshal's would send the appropriate message. It would be like that game of musical chairs where all the IRS vermin are rushing to testify before their "immunity from prosecution" chair is taken by somebody else.....

You sound like someone who's be listening to Trey Goudey!  He said he doesn't know much about how the political game is played, but he does know the criminal justice prosecuter's game works...you charge them and then discuss a lighter sentence in exchange for them living up to the conditions of a written plea agreement approved by the court, giving state's evidence (against a bigger fish or a whole school of fish!)

Straight up, here. Is there any existing procedure in place for the arrest and physical incarceration of a U.S. President? Would this require a warrant by the Congress or by the Supreme Court, if if the Court, who would enforce this order, to comply?

Second up: how do we make sure they've got the budget and manpower to actually DO so?

Yes, there is. (Isn't that a happy thought?  :tounge:)

In the case that the House impeached the president, and the Senate followed by convicting him of one crime or another, the Senate's Sergeant at Arms has the power and authority to arrest and detain any citizen, including the POTUS.

The budget is there; the office of Sergeant at Arms is amply funded. As for manpower, I should think he could call on the Capitol Police for assistance, or possibly the DC Police. The US Marshal's office is more logical, but it's administered by the Department of Justice, so you know how far that would get.

There's a short and informative article on the subject here.

Yeah, I know. It sounds like something the Tri-Lambs would come up with in Revenge of the Nerds Part VIII. But there it is, for what it's worth.

Oh, the fun MSM will have trying to rearrange the facts on this one.  Notice how quiet that the late-nite talk show hosts have been over anything we perceive as negative about this administration?  Hell, they're still bringing up how bad they thought Bush was.  Useful idiots for the liberals.

Quite frankly I am not expecting much from this revelation. We know these people in the regime and I do not believe for a minute these newly found e-mails have not been scrubbed. Sorry for the negativity, but it just does not pass the smell test with me.
