Interesting analysis of the Rosenstein/Wray hearing
« on: June 29, 2018, 08:23:22 PM »
I've been going back and forth on Rosenstein. After watching the entire hearing, I'm back on the Rosenstein is a good guy side.

Deputy AG Rod Rosenstein & FBI Director Chris Wray testified before the House Judiciary Committee today. It proved interesting. Very interesting. And informative.

If he is a good guy, then what he is finishing up will probably destroy the last of obama's legacy.

I watched the hearing and I knew what both sides would hammer on. The dems say there is nothing to see here. That Peter Strzok views between girlfriend and boyfriend are just that their views. Also, the reason for this investigation to go on for so long is because the scope is do deep and wide it has to take this long. Now the California fool had me laughing. He kept shouting something like...."release the transcripts"..."release the transcripts"..."release the transcripts"...!

Now we know what the repubs had to say.

Here is what I watched for. How comfortable was Rosenstein and Wray with the questioning? I'll start off with Wray. When he came out when asked what does the "deep State" mean and he said and I quote..."‘I’ve Never Completely Understood the Term Deep State’. I said to myself he's not being truthful and as an FBI agent, he knows once a witness lies once in sworn testimony he will lie twice and so on. So I dismissed Wray as being a hack.

Now onto Rosenstein. When questions are being asked in these hearings we know it's one dem than one repub and so on. They take turns. Every time a democrat spoke Rosenstein relaxed and a sigh of relief came over him. There was a lot agreement between him and the Democrats. When it was a Republican's turn to address him you can see the stress on his face. That vein that runs down your forehead was bulging out like he was sucking on a McDonald's shake. He was ready for combat before the questions were being asked.

Once I heard Jackson-Lee start off with that motion I knew it was going to be a clown show. Did you notice a few of the Dems had trouble speaking... like slurring words? I was amazed at how low their intellect is.

Gowdy is one of the ones who knows more, and notice he didn't really direct his rant at Rosenstein...  I thought that was interesting.

I think Gowdy is really trying to appear moderate for his conformation hearing to replace Rosenstein! He wants to go back to being a AG and what better spot then #2?

Gowdy is about as subtle as a shark at a pool party. He may want to appear lowkey, but we all know what happens when he sets his teeth.

Think about the early retirements in Justice if Gowdy was appointed #2.

Well, how in the world could he look at Rosenstein after coming out public basically saying the FBI did nothing wrong. IMO..his rant was to Mueller in his Gowdy way, please bring this investigation to an end.

I laughed at Gowdy when he pulled his chair parallel with the table, leaning on his elbow speaking in pure Gowdy style into the air.

Think back to Lener and the IRS, when the left was on trial. remember when I said nothing would ever come of it because the GOP was equally culpable in all of this?

Fast forward to McStain involvement, now proven to have been involved in attacking TEA. Gowdy had to know back then and he was not to expand on the investigation at the time, but we all know he knew about the GOP's connection to kill TEA.

Question is, will he cover for the party or expose these scum?

Sometimes in a great movie, the characters you think may be villains  turn out to save the day....

It takes a great actor possibly...

I'm gonna sit back and enjoy the show
