I wasn't alive when the wall fell, but I sure wish I was. A time when communism was an evil, and the example of the true horrors it posed shown all over the worlds television with the tearing down of that wall. Every Liberal commie in this nation should take a hint that communism doesn't work.

I was alive. Matter of fact I even had the opportunity to walk and touch the wall. I served in Germany from 1974 to 1977. I was 17 years old and even with all that military training I still was lost as to what that wall represented.

I was all over Europe and till this day I regret not knowing the history I was walking on. I never went stateside for my freetime, I spent it all over Europe. I was blinded by the skirts. Someday I will finger through my polaroid pictures and post them for the world to see.

Wow...I'm just thinking of all the good times I had stationed in Frankfurt, Germany at the Drake/Edwards Kaserne. There was sometimes I wish I was home, like for Bicentennial celebration, America's birthday of 200 years. Now on the flip side I was able to attend the 1976 winter Olympic in Innsbruck, Austria.

Enough of my life story.......back to our regular schedule program.........Epstein didn't kill himself....

I commend you for going back and studying a little history about communism. Most of us grew up during the "cold war" period and we learned first hand about communism. What Reagan did should truly go down as one of the most monumental moments of world history.

I have always been a huge fan of history, and have dedicated a lot of my free time to studying it. At the university I attend there are some teachers who seem to be strong advocates for Communism, or at least a soft form of it. I think it's ignorant of history to hold this position. There was a reason the wall fell, and it wasn't because Communism was great.

When we do discuses current affairs, most of them refuse to acknowledge the wall in its entirety. Its always the humanitarian pitch. How sad it is that people are fleeing and the think about the children who need better lives. This is their main argument with the wall especially. If its not in on some lib sponsored snapchat story, they don't care.

Never does. Whats even funnier is how my teacher last year tried to equate the wall and its building, to an increase in global warming. I have no idea how that would be the case, and of course when I asked them later on if they had any evidence, they told me to 'Do my own research.'
