Moments after an immigrant spoke out about her fears of deportation, she was detained by Immigrations and Customs Enforcement.
Daniela Vargas, 22, was detained by ICE agents Wednesday morning, shortly after speaking at a news conference in downtown Jackson, according to her attorney, Abby Peterson.
The news conference was hosted by local immigration attorneys, churches and the Mississippi Immigrants Rights Alliance to bring attention to families impacted by deportation.
Maybe she shouldn't have gone to the news conference! I'll bet the next one thinking about going public will think twice! :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:
This is an "activist" caught in her own trap....they should revoke her visa and deport

Trump's new order is already having an impact. FNC has run a couple segments with "do good" attorneys setting up help desks at JFK and O'Hare for folks who may need a lawyer coming into the country. One of these snowflakes was interviewed and said people were worried they may detained and/or deported. GOOD. If someone is concerned about these consequences they shouldn't be coming here.
