As I sat and watched the republican convention and I heard the term repeated "Help is on the way", over and over. I said to myself I heard that before. I google it and bingo guess who's quote, yes Ted Cruz.

Like many of my fellow constitutional conservatives, I oppose both Hillary Clinton and her old donor Donald Trump.  I oppose a catastrophically corrupt, race-baiting, plutocratic socialist who serially undermined American national security and lied to the faces of the families of Benghazi victims, and I also oppose a borderline-deranged, Kremlin-tainted, quasi–fascistic, fraudulent orange cult leader.  As between Ebola and HIV, I choose neither.  I am firmly both #NeverHillary and #NeverTrump.

In response to those who say #NeverTrump is pro-Hillary

As a #NeverTrumper, I keep being accused of being a Democrat, or at a minimum, of supporting Hillary, simply because I'm not going to vote for Trump. Logical arguments proving this is complete and total nonsense notwithstanding, I feel I should otherwise address the critiques. I should preface this by saying that in my opinion, anyone lobbing such criticisms at the #NeverTrumpers are a) not true conservatives, and/or b) bullies. That said, I will address their baseless accusations anyway.

The 2nd article was great and to the point. We have witnessed some of the same things here.

Especially after this whole RNC convention fiasco, there is no chance in hell I will EVER give money or have anything to do with the Republican party.  Writing in Ted Cruz will be my last act as a registered Republican.

As George W. bush stated he just might be the last republican president. Good bye GOP and your can't say you wan't warned.

Yep, as I said in another thread, Cruz, Lee and Sasse (and others I am sure) should flip the party off and declare their independence.   Caucus with them (ala Commie Sanders does with the Dems) to maintain control of the senate and on the few issues they are in agreement, but tell them to pound salt otherwise......and negotiate committee chairmanships as block for keeping them in as the majority party.

Yup, it'll be a confusing afternoon in Jan., after the inauguration, members of both parties claiming, "we got our guy/gal in - we won!!!"  Maybe a food / feces fight will follow...

I'd like to proclaim myself as an "Unbound Conservative".

I will keep my registration as a Republican through the remainder of the year and then I will drop my affiliation as a registered Republican.  I will continue to support conservatives; especially Cruz.

I am going to e-mail a letter of thanks!  I'm sure he could use some positive feedback right about now.
