Like it or hate it (as I do), Democrats run this country at the moment, and Democrat bureaucrats run the unelected agencies that REALLY run things, including ICE, DOJ, ATF, etc. It is their idea that they can turn 13 million or so undocumented immigrants (we rubes call them 'illegals...') into their second ironclad voting bloc. (The first is, of course, black America.)

In 2008, polls indicate that 95% of black voters voted for Obama. That's not much of a surprise, but it's more important to consider that blacks went 90% for Dems in 2006, and have been voting increasingly Democrat since LBJ duped them into thinking that he personally shepherded the Civil Rights Act through Congress.

Dems are determined to add a 15% Hispanic/Democrat voting bloc to the existing 13% black/Democrat voting bloc. That's how Dems work. It's all about divide and conquer.

If they OWN 30% of voters, they only have to FOOL 21%.
