If it moves tax it if it don't move tax it even more.  Your taxed for having a phone and using it.  Now they would like to tax the phone even more.  So when will they tax voice mail?

Tax per flush
Tax per mile driven
Tax per child
Tax per square footage of house
Tax per estimated carbon footprint
Tax based on money in savings account(s)

Already do all that. They just haven't itemized them all yet, but in truth, they've been doing all that for years.
Unless you're a protected class of illegal, then not only do you get a pass, you get a check from the County as well as one from the State for your status.
