They would have to arrest the population of most of the worlds third world countries who run those sites and produce "bootleg" videos and DVD's.

The right wing forums are definitely their ultimate goal and also includes what they consider right wing media like FOX and the radio talk show stations that broadcast Limbaugh, Steyn, Beck, Levin, Savage, Coulter, Slessinger, Ingraham, Bennett, Prager, Miller, as well as many local talk radio hosts. These have been successful in getting sponsors to fund their broadcasts.

On the other side, Air America (the liberal/progressive/marxist response to conservative talk radio) has gone bankrupt in many venues. In NYC, they were so desperate to continue their broadcasts that they embezzled funds from a government funded senior/juvenile support program. During that time, now congressman Al Franken(stein) was one of the talk show hosts, along with Genine Garaffolo. He had to be aware of the illegal funding that was being used to continue their broadcasts
