I agree.
As the author points out in the article, his sample is only in businesses keeping payrolls below 50. He has no statistics for all the businesses that closed their doors.

Yep, half the workforce was cut to part time, so yeah, the article misses the mark by just a mere 100 million jobs. :biggrin:
