Not only is he a creep, he's stupid. I know he loves his kids, but this time he should have told him to step back. IT'S AN ELECTION YEAR, ANYTHING - AND I MEAN ANYTHING - THAT CAN BE USED AGAINST YOU, GET'S DRAGGED IN. Reid has been in DC so long he's forgotten that. It may not be able to harm him personally, but it harms the party - the party that is already wondering about him as majority leader.

BRECKENRIDGE, Colo. (AP) — A Breckenridge couple have agreed to sell a 10-acre parcel in the Colorado mountains to Summit County for open space after a months-long court battle.

The Summit Daily News reports (http://tinyurl.com/qxfsovw) Andy and Ceil Barrie reached a $115,000 settlement on Friday after court-ordered mediation.

County authorities moved to seize the land by eminent domain in October, saying water quality and wildlife habitat were threatened because the Barries wanted to use a motorized all-terrain vehicle to cross national forest land to get to the property.

Andy Barrie said he thought he had a valid argument but he had already spent about $80,000 in legal fees and couldn't afford more.

"I think we presented some interesting arguments, but I don't have unlimited funds," he said. "They essentially spent me to death."

In August, however, the Desert Tortoise Conservation Center announced that it would begin euthanizing half of the 1,400 tortoises at its facility as a result of federal budget cuts. BLM officials have emphasized that healthy tortoises will be relocated and not euthanized.

There is plenty of room for independents in  this movement.
They are not all moderate, either, don't let anyone try and tell ya.
Sure, we were looking for a deal. That was before we imagined the
RINO and the Pink and Red Left would band  together when the going
got tough..
Now we know. We may never see an official GOP, certainly not
an official Washington, ever at the table of conciliation on this
limited government theme.
Now we are seeing Clive Bundy the rancher might have a case
should it come to that. Certainly, he and his attorneys have had
plenty of time to mull it over.
That sounds like an apt research topic for yours truly, at next
available spot. That is, the legal aspects of the Clive Bundy
land ownership disagreement.  Obama, idiot that he is, backed by
his queer army, trigger happy blood lust lifers that they are,
was ready to kill. Think about it. Obama and Eric came in with the
SWAT team. Looked like a Nigerian fire drill.  Talk about trigger happy! 

What chance with that screwy Supreme Court we have in place?
Someone said Clive Bundy should have come  out in a burqa. They
would have case dismissed. Actually, the squad leader in the truck
looked had the Jihad beard, Muzzie shades and cap on backwards.
That's the photo op Eric and the Fraud had in mind.

The problem began when the party's saw a kinship with one another in Big Bloated Govt, power, money and the family has been squabbling over dominance ever since, but both share the same goal of power and control over the masses and neither have the best interest of the people or the Nation at heart.

The govt has become the sentient robot of science fiction, and has become self aware that it's actions are in direct opposition to it's very existence.
The very people that gave it life, are now the threat to it's very existence, one of us has to go.

Yes.  I suspect that is the plan and sending those trigger-happy militia members to deal with Mr. Bundy and his friends was part of it.  However, since there was media present and since it became public, they had to postpone whatever it was they intended to do until no one was looking.  I believe that the Federal Government would have no qualms whatsoever in ordering groups of protesting citizens slaughtered.  If, however, they were of the "Occupy" ilk, they would be praised and preserved as Nancy Pelosi said, in referring to them, "God bless them."

Since the plan failed, Harry Reid is left to sputter and fume about "Domestic terrorists" when, IMO, he himself is a terrorist against the Constitution and the American people.

But he is right that it isn't over.  If things cool down, the Government militia will be back to carry out its plans.
