The Organizer of UTR had to go to court originally to be allowed to hold a protest. He was denied a permit by the wise ones on the Charlottesville City Council. HE WAS GRANTED A PERMIT AFTER THE CITY LOST IN COURT.....This has been going on for months and months.

Exactly.  So to actually believe Walt Heineke was granted a permit in 3 weeks after applying is ludicrous, especially when the application states you must apply 60 days prior.
