Watched the video clip half way through and I have to agree with Jarrett.  If indeed Mueller is close friends or has a close relationship with Comey that does represent a conflict of interest.  With that being said, Rosenstein should have known better before he appointed him.

Who can say if he did not know.  Rosenstein could be stack the deck.  From the sounds of it no one is happy that Trump is president in W.D.C.

Jarrett also said there is no crime to investigate and that collusion with Russia isnt a crime.
